Fact Triangles 1.5.6

This resource is part of the Math Practice Tools CFS Bundle, designed to support the development of foundational math skills.

It offers practice with math facts ranging from 1 to 12 utilizing Fact Triangles. Users can customize their practice by selecting sets of 5, 10, 20, or 25 problems, or focus on specific number groups such as (2, 3, 4), (5, 6, 7), (8, 9, 10), and (11, 12). The iPad version provides options to select both addends and factors independently, enhancing flexibility.

In response to feedback from Kindergarten and First Grade educators, additional options have been introduced to create problem sets focused on sums within specific ranges—such as sums from 1 to 5 or 1 to 10—as well as extended ranges including sums up to 20. Other available configurations include sums from 5 to 10, 10 to 15, and 15 to 20, with sums from 10 to 20 also supported.

Each fact triangle displays the sum or product at the top, while the member of the fact family that needs identification can be any of the three components. Immediate feedback is provided after each problem attempt.

Upon completing each set of problems, users receive a summary indicating the total correct and incorrect responses, along with the time taken. On the iPad version, all questions and answers are visible; on the iPod version, up to 11 correct and 11 incorrect responses are displayed.

The default setting for sound effects is muted, allowing for an uninterrupted practice experience.
